I remember I worked here 10 years ago, we lived 5 in a small caravan and we received the money in cash was not too bad for those years and the work was not hard for women. Now looking back I can't live in the same conditions with 5 people and need to share everything

Great place, lovely people, good atmosphere. People are very respectful toward each other, accommodation for the workers is amazing! Looks like a little village of it's own. How strawberries are grown is really awesome too. Honestly, I'd recommend the place to a friend or even a family member. Great values and morals. There's a pond build especially for a wildlife and it's beautiful. You can tell the place cares for it's environment. Whoever says in reviews people are treated badly must carry a really heavy chip on their shoulders or should perhaps appreciate life a little more .

My God! To tell the truth, I never enjoy strawberries that grows in the uk. I always buy from Spain, but Charlton's farm proved me wrong. Your strawberries are so sweet just the way I love it. From now on I will look strawberries that have Charlton name only on. Thank you so much.

Iťs fine. The workers professional, quickly unload, find here a shower, restroom and food machine and coffee but don't have a parking (nothing, take care!)

If you see this farm on the package of strawberry (Sainsbury work with them, for example) do yourself a favor - throw this s..t in the garbage, worst strawberry i ever had in my life and I am not that young and now is the season for this berry... Waste of money!

Nice people,but very busy place.

Don't come here. They are not English and they all scream and shout at people. We are treated very badly and forced to work under stress.

Good as gold. Very busy tho. Could do with some sort of hgv waiting area or a queing system
