Amazing service from Sammy and the team. We were advised to have the integrated blinds included and were so glad we did as in the summer I don't know what we'd do without them! I had arranged for a survey to be completed on the 29th September to find out no one even bothered showing up. I made multiple phone calls to have no answer and to just leave a voicemail in which I did. Still to today 5/10/22 I’ve had no reply. I was informed when I booked the survey that the gentleman who will be carrying out the survey will be away on holiday from the 30th September. So taking this in mind I thought that he may have possibly been away a day earlier hence why I had difficulty getting through to someone. Although bearing this in mind I checked bi fold doors uk Instagram account to see if there was any other contact number (which there wasn’t) to then find they had posted an Instagram story advertising there bi fold doors for sale. So someone must have been running/checking the business ? In my opinion this is very poor customer service. So I would advise anyone looking to use bi fold doors uk to be cautious.
