Great team! I wanted to get a quote for mobile phone bundles and a 4G hotspot for my Law business out in the sticks, they were able to give me a very cost effective quote in a few hours. Lovely sales team and great service. VERY IMPRESSED.

Have had a number of cold sales calls from this company they have admitted that they are locating businesses and then searching through Companies house demanding to speak to particular directors of our company so that they may direct their sales call. After the third time of telling them that we are not interested in using their company they persist in calling again and then claim they have then lost their notes on our "file". This is getting close to harassment. Removing company numbers is not down to a loss of your notes, this review is more about the inability to remove any data they hold on their systems about company and employees. GDPR comes to mind. Please note that your calls are now being recorded and filed and any further calls will be held in evidence.....

Great company to deal with,friendly efficient staff that go the extra mile. Explained all the options available to me and handled the smooth transition of telecoms for my company. Recommend, will definately use again.

Avoid at all costs. They over charge. Take over 5 months to rectify false charges on bills. Also took a 24 month contract out at a particular price. turns out its was actually for 23 months at that price. They email you one thing - then change the contract before you sign. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM - READ EVERY WORD IN THE CONTRACT When to speak them no one has any idea of what is going on and they have a really high turnover of staff (Dishonest staff must be hard to find and keep) As you can see from their response they do not take customer complaints seriously - No denial about the above either.

We have used Ikonix for our telecommunications needs for a number of years and have always received an exemplary, prompt, efficient and competitive service. I would have no hesitation recommending Ikonix to anyone considering updating their existing systems or installing new.

Interesting that not only do this company provide a truly appalling, overpriced service that when they get honest feedback on Google they try to disguise this by giving themselves a 5 star rating when the true overall rating is 1 star and would probably be a minus were users offered this option. Terrible company.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ikonix for my phone and mobile requirements and was overwhelmed by the level of service provided. I run a business from home and rely on the ability to be on line and easy to contact. Things don’t always go right when you change suppliers but the service from the team was fantastic and even with a couple of glitches they resolved them efficiently and gave me great confidence in having them as my supplier

We were having terrible troubles with the largest british broadband supplier which meant we couldn’t get a new line provided to our new property and we had been attempting this for 1 year. Ikonix removed all of the hassle of the daily calls to BT and dealt with that for us. One month after ordering the new line is now in and we have internet and phones. I can’t recommend Ikonix enough the service was always helpful, we received what we requested and best of all we actually speak to people who know who we are. Helpful service who answer every time

Absolutely avoid!! I have a new "faulty" phone which was reported immediately, after endless phone calls ( none of which get returned) they were arranging to have it swapped over as it is faulty but they managed to drag the situation out by not returning calls till over the 30 period, now I'm only able to have a repair done.. been waiting 2 weeks for them to call me back to arrange a repair to my business phone that will take 2 weeks to do. AVOID AVOID!! Also took a sim only and was promised £100 credit on the account .. guess what, that didn't happen either.
