Absolutely disgusting service from Chris at Plumbing and Heating Servicing! Fitted a faulty mixer tap that has lasted only 5 months! He agreed a price of £179.99 which I paid over the phone, he then wanted more. I wasn't prepared to pay an additional £20 as we had verbally agreed the total for the job. Despite what he says I never refused to pay the bill! 5 months later the tap is broken and as a result we couldn't use our water in the house. I emailed explaining we have a small child and he didn't care! Ignored my phone calls and has said the warranty is not valid! Do not use unless you want a faulty tap! Fortunately this kind of tradesmen is rare!

Always reliable, would recommend. They are a great team. Thanks for your help guys
